    By accessing and using Digital Nomad Toolkit ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    Digital Nomad Toolkit provides access to over 10 million digital assets including but not limited to:

    • E-books and digital publications
    • Graphics, templates, and design assets
    • Video editing assets and templates
    • Fonts and typography resources
    • Stock images and photography
    • Business documents and templates
    • Course materials and educational content
    • Software and digital tools

    3. Commercial Use License

    What You CAN Do:

    • Use assets for personal and commercial projects
    • Modify, edit, and customize assets
    • Resell assets individually or in bundles
    • Use assets for client work
    • Keep 100% of profits from resales
    • Include assets as bonuses in your products
    • Use assets for lead magnets and opt-ins

    What You CANNOT Do:

    • Claim original authorship of unmodified assets
    • Resell our complete collection as-is
    • Share login credentials or download links
    • Use assets for illegal or harmful purposes
    • Redistribute the raw asset files without modification

    4. Payment and Refunds

    Payment: All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

    No Recurring Fees: This is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There are no monthly or annual fees.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All digital assets provided are either owned by us, licensed to us with resale rights, or are in the public domain. We guarantee that you will have full commercial use rights for all assets included in your purchase.

    Our branding, website design, and unique compilations are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

    6. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

    • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Share your account credentials with others
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our database
    • Use automated tools to download assets in bulk

    7. Disclaimers and Limitations

    AS IS BASIS: The service and assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    NO INCOME GUARANTEES: We make no claims about your ability to generate income using our assets. Success depends on your effort, skills, and market conditions.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate access to our service for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the assets remains valid for assets already downloaded.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
